Operations Coordinator

RELEVANT is seeking a detail-driven Operations Coordinator to support our advertising operations, internal workflows and daily content publishing. This part-time role sits at the center of our production and revenue pipelines. You’ll keep campaigns organized, ensure content goes live on time across platforms and provide essential administrative and project coordination that frees our leadership team to focus on growth.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on organization, consistency and clear communication. You won’t be responsible for strategy or creative decisions; your job is to keep the trains running on time.

Responsibilities

Client Operations

  • Assist in preparing proposals and assembling sales materials

  • Track follow-ups and organize communication so deals move smoothly toward close

  • Create invoices and coordinate with our bookkeeping partner as needed

  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for active advertisers

  • Gather client assets and prepare advertising campaigns for launch

  • Schedule digital, podcast and social ad campaigns based on run dates

  • Monitor pacing and performance throughout campaign flights

  • Compile and deliver end-of-campaign performance reports

  • Maintain organized documentation and campaign trackers

Content Deployment

  • Post and schedule pre-written, pre-designed social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and others as relevant)

  • Upload podcast assets (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) prepared by the editorial team

  • Maintain a consistent daily publishing cadence for clips and posts

  • Enter metadata, tags and scheduling details accurately across dashboards

  • Ensure all content goes live correctly and on time

Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist with inbox triage and routine communication for the CEO

  • Handle occasional customer service inquiries (e.g., merch or subscription questions)

  • Support ongoing project timelines and internal communication

  • Maintain organized calendars, documents and workflow systems

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in operations, project coordination, client/account support or a similar administrative role

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and common workflow tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and posting content on social platforms

  • Ability to manage daily deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in digital media, marketing or advertising operations is helpful but not required
