EmailJosh joins the Relevant team after spending the last three years as executive publisher of the very cool arts and culture magazine Stop Smiling. He brings a ton of general market connections and growth ideas with him, to which we say, "Yes, please."

EmailPhilip is responsible for every incoming advertising dollar and overseeing all of our client relationships. When payday comes around and the checks don't bounce, we all send Philip a thank you note.

EmailJosh is the lead pastor of Status, a creative and innovative church here in Orlando. He applies his international vision and passion for the Church in leading our ministry division, Neue. Plus, he's a really cool guy.

EmailA Colorado native, Roxanne joined us after leading web and book publishing teams for a couple of major publishers. Her versatility and vision make her a perfect fit as we completely overhaul every aspect of what we do in the next six months. You know, because we like to start people out slow and easy.

Adam has been RELEVANT's managing editor since 2006, though this year he's doing his editorial duties from New Zealand. Through the mysteries of technology, we're not actually 100% sure he's gone.

Associate Editor
A grad of Flagler College, Ashley handles all copy editing for us, as well as leading the content for RadiantMag.com. Unlike most copy editors out there, she's really nice and funny.

Hailing from Seattle, WA, Tim is another former intern who did such a great job we couldn't help but hire him. He now designs for everything we do, from the print magazine, to client projects, to web and marketing design. We like versatility.

Systems Administrator
EmailJosh oversees the security, efficiency and backend of the Relevant web world. In short, he makes everything work.

Circulation & Distribution Manager
EmailHemarie oversees all subscription acquisition and newsstand distribution. So pretty much without her we'd be out of business. Not that she regularly blackmails us with that fact.

Operations Manager
EmailMaya is Cameron's wife and partner in crime. She also handles all of the money for the company, so if you owe us any, watch out. She's really nice, but can flip on you faster than a Chinese gymnast.

Executive Assistant to Cameron Strang & Ad Traffic Coordinator
EmailTheresa is the bolt on the rims of the RELEVANT vehicle. Without her, the wheels would fall off (or at the very least, Cameron's would). She's also from Ohio, which we don't hold against her.
