Philip is responsible for every incoming advertising dollar and overseeing all of our client relationships. When payday comes around and the checks don't bounce, we all send Philip a thank you note.

A Colorado native and fairly new to the team, Roxanne joined us after leading web and book publishing teams for a couple of major publishers. Her versatility and vision make her a perfect fit as we completely overhaul every aspect of what we do in the next six months. You know, because we like to start people out slow and easy.

Dylan Peterson

A Chicago native and former NPR producer, Dylan started out as a music blogger for us. After blowing us away and garnering quite a following because of his impeccable taste, we asked him to be our music editor. Dylan now joins us as managing editor for the RELEVANT, including the print magazine, website and multimedia. His experience as a producer will be pivotal as we expand into more extensive audio and video projects this year.

Brian Orme

Brian joined our team this year to head up content for our ministry brand, Neue: NeueMinistry.com, Neue Quarterly and Neue Resources. In addition to being an experienced journalist, he's also the creative director and young adults pastor at this church, which we think qualifies him pretty darn well.

Adam Smith

After serving as Relevant's managing editor and then editorial director from 2006-2008, Adam now lives in New Zealand and stays connected as contributing editor and member of the podcast crew. Through the mysteries of technology, we're not actually 100% sure he's gone.

Betsy Hickman

Hemarie oversees all subscription acquisition and newsstand distribution. So pretty much without her we'd be out of business. Not that she regularly blackmails us with that fact.

Jeremy Kennedy

If you've seen anything visual from RELEVANT in the last four years, Jeremy has had a hand in it. He also comes in early every day. Basically, we challenge you to find a harder worker than Jeremy. It's not possible.

Phil Moody

Phil handles all of the build-out and CSS design for the Relevant websites, as well as video design. He's also one of the most polite people you'll ever meet, saying "sir" and "ma'am" a lot.
